ABOUT US

B.C.M. College of Nursing was a long awaited dream of the Northern Society of the Sisters of The Holy Cross. So the new block of the School of Nursing with all the essential facilities to Start B.Sc. Nursing Programme was built and inaugurated on 19th January 2005. After the tireless effort and hard work put up by the management, the institution was permitted to start BSc Nursing programme by the Indian Nursing Council (File No.02/ Jul/2015 dated 16/07/15) and Provisional affiliation with King George’s Medical University (Letter No. 172/Affil/2016 dated 08/02/2016).

The main aim of the course is to bring up graduate nurses to assume responsibilities as competent professionals and nursing teachers in all clinical settings.

The B.C.M. Hospital is a 190 bedded general hospital which is on the process of getting final accreditation by NABH. The hospital provides comprehensive health care services through its departments of General Medicine, MICU, General Surgery, SICU, Laparoscopic surgery, Paediatrics and Neonatology, NICU, Modular OT, Gynecology and Obstetrics, Orthopedics, 24 hours Emergency Department, Radiology, Clinical Pathology, Dentistry, ENT, Psychiatry, Ultrasonography, Dialysis, CT scan, Canteen Service, well functioning Physiotherapy and Leprosy Control Program, Rehabilitation and Community Health Programme. B.C.M. Hospital is situated in Khairabad, a village about eight kilometers south of Sitapur District, U.P.
